THE PRINTOOLY TOOLKIT

What would you like to create?

Start with an idea, a photo, or a model you already have. There’s a tool for your next step.

18 tools. One place.
18 tools to explore

Free means no credits for the core tool. AI generation and some exports use credits; each tool shows the cost before a paid action.

MADE WITH PRINTOOLY

One little dragon.
Three creative steps.

Take a character from an AI concept to a custom keychain. These screenshots show the same dragon in Text to 3D and the Keychain Generator.

01
Text to 3D

Choose your concept

Start with a description and choose the concept you want to turn into a model.

02
Text to 3D

Make it three-dimensional

Generate the model, rotate it, and inspect the shape before downloading.

03
Keychain Generator

Give it a new purpose

Add a ring in the Keychain Generator and adjust its size and placement.

Actual tool screenshots and 3D previews. Before printing, check scale, thin details and supports in your slicer.

Where do I change these settings?Windows 11 & 10
  1. 01

    Choose the native resolution

Open Settings → System → Display. Under Display resolution, select the option marked Recommended.

  2. 02

    Make text comfortable

In the same Display settings, find Scale. Use the suggestions above as a starting point; increase it if text feels too small.

  3. 03

    Set your browser zoom

Maximize your browser. Press Ctrl + 0 to reset zoom to 100%. You can increase zoom whenever you need larger text.

Why does scaling matter?

At 1920 × 1080, 125% scaling gives roughly 1536 × 864 of desktop space before browser bars. Larger controls leave less room for the model. Choose the balance that feels comfortable.

GOOD TO KNOW

A little help choosing your first tool.

Can I turn my pet into a 3D model?

Yes. Start with a photo of your own pet in the Animal Generator.

  1. Choose a clear photo with your pet fully visible and little background clutter.
  2. Upload it to the Animal Generator, choose the look you want, generate the model, and inspect it from every side.
  3. Download the model and check its size and supports in your slicer before printing.

Use the animal-specific options to explore different looks. AI interprets the photo; hidden details and likeness can vary.

Can I make a 3D figure of a person?

Yes. Use Image to 3D with a clear photo of yourself or someone you want to recreate.

  1. Choose a well-lit photo. For a full figure, include the whole person.
  2. Upload it to Image to 3D, generate a model, and check the face, hands and unseen sides.
  3. Download the model, choose a print size and review thin details in your slicer.

This is an AI interpretation of the photo, not a precise body scan. Facial likeness and small details may need another attempt or editing.

Can I make a flowerpot in a style I like?

Yes. Use the Flower Pot Generator to create your own design or start from a photo of a pot you like.

  1. Choose a pot shape and surface style, or upload a reference photo.
  2. With a photo, keep its surface and proportions or try a new style, then generate the model.
  3. Inspect the opening, wall thickness and dimensions before preparing the model in your slicer.

A reference photo guides the look; it does not guarantee an exact copy or matching measurements.

Can I start with a photo?

Yes. Image to 3D creates a model from reference images. If you want a backlit picture instead, choose the free Lithophane Generator.

Which tools are free?

Keychains, Personalizer, Mesh Reducer, the GLB converter, SVG to 3D, Lithophanes and PrintDoc have free core tools. QR plates are free; QR holders use credits.

Are the models ready to print?

Always inspect your model in a slicer. Check dimensions, mesh quality, thin details and supports. AI-generated models can need cleanup. STL files do not contain texture colors.

Can I use Printooly on my phone?

You can browse the tools and their guides on your phone. Use a desktop or laptop for uploading, editing, generating and exporting.
